The City Park project was initiated and developed by the Stern group in Sofia Bulgaria.

The project is located in the heart of the known "Troitza" neighborhood. Its facade overlooks the "Tsar Simeon" street and its rear views a green, quiet park. The building is part of the City Park complex which includes commercial areas, offices and residential buildings totaling aprox. 30,000 sqm.
